Current Data Release Summary

Project Data Release Summary

This list represents the current status of all vertebrate genomes that the Ó³»´«Ã½ has released in recent years.  Unless otherwise stated, genome builds were sequenced at the Ó³»´«Ã½.  (NOTE:  For the exact builds used in the 29 Mammals Project, see here.)

ALL genomes were assembled at the Ó³»´«Ã½. For all genomes, links are provided to a project page, the assembly files and NCBI's record for the latest build.  When applicable, links are also provided for Ensembl (for gene annotation) and UCSC (for data visualization.)
