Data Release for Mammalian Genome Project

Project Data Release Summary - Mammalian Genome Project

This list represents the genomes that were used in the analysis of the Mammalian Genome Project (aka "29 Mammals"). These builds are not necessarily the most recent builds of an organism's genome (see here for those).

Unless otherwise stated, genome builds were sequenced at the Ó³»´«Ã½. ALL genomes were assembled at the Ó³»´«Ã½. For all genomes, links are provided to a project page, the assembly files, and NCBI's record for the latest build. When applicable, links are also provided for (for gene annotation) and (for data visualization).
