The ӳý is a Working Mother 100 Best Company for fourth consecutive year

For the fourth year in a row, Working Mother magazine has as one of its 100 Best Companies for leadership in creating progressive programs in the areas of advancement of women, mentoring, flexibility, childcare, and paid parental leave.

For the fourth consecutive year, Working Mother magazine has as one of its 100 Best Companies for leadership in creating progressive programs in the areas of advancement of women, mentoring, flexibility, childcare, and paid parental leave.

In selecting organizations for this year’s list, Working Mother gave particular consideration to inclusive benefits for families. The ӳý was selected in part because of our strong, gender-neutral policy on , , and . You can read the magazine’s description of why we earned a spot on this year’s list .

About the medthodology

The 2020 Working Mother 100 Best Companies application includes more than 400 questions on leave policies, workforce representation, benefits, childcare, advancement programs, flexibility policies and more. It surveys the availability and usage of these programs, as well as the accountability of the many managers who oversee them.

All applicants receive feedback showing how they compare with other applicants; however, the names of applicants that do not make the list are kept confidential. Company profiles and data come from submitted applications and reflect 2019 data.
