R&D Magazine features genome browser Argo

In the latest issue of R&D Magazine, the Ó³»´«Ã½-developed genome browser Argo is featured as a tool for promoting genomic studies. David DeCaprio and Reinhard Engels are quoted.

Argo is a Java application that is used for visualizing and manually annotating whole genomes. It provides an easy-to-read display of sequence and annotation tracks, customization options and an interactive zoom from megabase to nucleotide resolution.

Initially developed for Ó³»´«Ã½ researchers working on distinguishing genes within the human genome, the tool was released free of charge last year.
