Key ideas in linear algebra

I will review the highlights of applied linear algebra (plus a short report on the success of over-parameterized deep learning). I will focus on the great matrix factorizations --- their meaning and consequences. Special attention to the Singular Value Decomposition and its interpretation for the four fundamental subspaces associated with a matrix. Altogether this is "the linear algebra that everyone should know."
