Sarah Cox
Chief People Officer
Sarah Cox is the chief people officer at the Ó³»´«Ã½, where she also serves on the institute’s executive leadership team.
Prior to joining the Ó³»´«Ã½, Cox served at L.L.Bean in functional management and leadership roles for more than two decades before being named vice president of human resources in 2016 and then chief human resources officer in 2021. She played an important institutional executive leadership role and cultivated strong trust and followership from L.L.Bean’s varied stakeholder groups.
Cox earned a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Rochester and a graduate degree in ethics and organizations from Harvard University. She also completed post-graduate education from the Wharton Business School and the Kellogg School of Management’s Family Enterprise program.
