CDoT houses a state-of-the-art automation facility staffed by engineers with decades of experience. We support high-throughput screening and the automation of routine tasks like reagent dispensing and assay-ready plate generation. By reducing variability and increasing throughput, we help teams generate consistent, high-quality data. Our systems accommodate a wide range of capabilities and formats, including:

• Multiple plate types (96-, 384-, and 1536-well)
• Support for a variety of assay types (cellular, including high content imaging, and biochemical)
• Multiple readouts (fluorescence, absorbance, FRET, luminescence, immunofluorescence, real-time qPCR)

We also offer a range of reagent handling methods including plate incubators, washers, and various dispensers (bulk, single-well, and low-nanoliter array transfer tools). Our Automation and Data Sciences teams work in close collaboration to ensure all data generated is securely stored in our laboratory information management system (LIMS) for quality assessment and analysis.
