The Drug Repurposing and Pathway Discovery Toolbox

The Drug Repurposing Library is a compound screening library available to Ó³»´«Ã½-affiliated researchers, non-Ó³»´«Ã½ affiliated academics, and non-profit researchers. Designed to enable researchers to gain novel insights into target biology and accelerate drug discovery, the library comprises more than 5,400 -approved drugs, small molecules that have entered clinical trials, and selected pre-clinical tool compounds. All compounds within the collection are annotated with information about their molecular targets, mechanism of action, drug development stage, and disease area.

We routinely screen the Repurposing Library in a variety of assay formats. We can also provide assay-ready plates of the library to academic and non-profit researchers for screening in their own laboratory. For more information about accessing the Repurposing Library visit the or email repurposing@broadinstitute.org.
